  Project Coordinator is responsible for assisting on arranging and facilitating of the Project Implementation.  In addition, Project Coordinator is required to manage client relationship and collaborate with all stakeholders to ensure that the Project runs smoothly with the highest satisfaction.  Project Coordinator is directly reported to the Team Leader of Project Support Unit. Responsibilities: •                      Planning & organising activities to ensure that the Project Implementation runs smoothly •                      Coordinating with Internal and External parties for a client services support •                      Arranging meetings/activities in terms of arranging the meeting, planning of procurement, preparing an invitation, contacting participants and preparing a logistic, etc. •                      Preparing presentations, relevant documents for Projects •                      Facilitating on a payment for participants •                      Prepare a satisfaction survey of the meeting/ the implementation of the Project •                      Prepare a summary of activity report Qualifications:  •                      Age 25-32, Female or Male, Thai Nationality only •                      Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Arts/Humanities or related filed •                      2-3 experience in Secretarial or Administrative works, experience in Project Coordinating is preferable •                      Well organise and prioritization •                      Analytical and logical thinking •                      Fast Learning, proactive and able to work under pressure for multi tasks •                      Pleasant personality and good communication skills •                      Good command of both Thai and English (writing and speaking skills) •                      Computer Literacy: MS Office especially Microsoft Powerpoint, Word and Excel Package: Competitive salary with benefits i.e. Social Security, Provident Fund, Health & Life Insurance (including Dental and Accidental claims) and others, etc.   Please submit a cover letter, detailed CV, photograph of yourself to the Human Resources Department at recruitment@kenan-asia.org. What we do
Consulting: Providing world-class business consulting services, as well as policy and evaluation consulting for government and multi-lateral agencies. Areas of special capability include: advising small and medium-sized companies and entrepreneurs, business planning, franchise market entry, community and stakeholder assessments, sustainable tourism planning, corporate social responsibility (CSR) strategy and organizational development, business cluster, and value chain development.
Project Management: Managing projects in a cost-effective manner from project design to impact assessments. Areas of special project management capability include: small business development, sustainable tourism, educational improvement, public health improvement youth and women leadership, civil society capacity building, and CSR. Kenan has both the financial and management systems, as well as the experienced people to assure project transparency and effectiveness.
Training: Building development capacity in the region through effective, non-degree training, including training of trainers. Areas of special capability include: entrepreneurship, personal financial management, small business financial management, business cluster facilitation, management of strategic CSR programs, using IT for better learning, inquiry-based science and math education pedagogy, disaster management and planning, public health planning, behavior change communication, financial literacy, women and youth leadership, and civil society capacity building.
Research: Practical development research necessary for designing projects and policies, and developing case studies in areas such as sustainable tourism development, intellectual property rights, cluster development, STEM education, and CSR. Curriculum development is conducted for middle and secondary schools, technical schools, and universities in the areas of science, math, IT, intellectual property, and CSR.
